Delete Your Account
You can delete your Falia account at any time, along with the data listed below. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and it cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
Follow these steps inside the Falia app:
- Open the Falia app on your device.
- Open the You tab and tap the Settings gear at the top.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of Settings.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What gets deleted
As soon as you confirm, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile, name, focus areas and onboarding answers
- The playlists you created and the affirmations you wrote
- The voice recordings backed up to your account, and your cloned voice if you made one
- Your support messages, preferences, and settings
What is retained
A few records stay after your account is gone:
- Purchase and subscription receipts held by Apple or Google, which they keep under their own store and tax-record policies.
- Your purchase history at RevenueCat, our subscription provider, with your email address and name removed.
- Our own records of each purchase and of the days you used Falia, for accounting and usage figures. They carry a random account ID, never your name or email address.
- Usage analytics and crash reports at PostHog and Sentry, kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Audio already generated in your cloned voice, stored under a coded file name with no link to your account.
- A note at our email provider that your address must not be emailed again.
- The recordings on your phone, until you delete the app.
Can't access the app?
Email us at support@falia.app with the subject line Delete My Account and include the email address you used to sign up. We will delete your account and data promptly after verifying your request.
