Delete Your Account
You can delete your Falia account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and it cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
Follow these steps inside the Falia app:
- Open the Falia app on your device.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What gets deleted
As soon as you confirm, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile, name, focus areas and onboarding answers
- The playlists you created and the affirmations you wrote
- Your voice recordings, and your cloned voice if you made one
- Your support messages, preferences, and settings
What is retained
We delete everything Falia stores about you. The only exception is outside our systems:
- Purchase and subscription receipts held by Apple, which they keep under their own store and tax-record policies.
Can't access the app?
Email us at support@falia.app with the subject line Delete My Account and include the email address you used to sign up. We will delete your account and data promptly after verifying your request.
