Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and the Falia team, the operator of Falia. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. We have kept them as readable as we could.
What Falia is
Falia is a manifestation companion. You choose the life areas you want to change, write affirmations, record them in your own voice, and listen to them as playlists over calm sound. Some content, like suggested affirmation lines and the AI-voiced playlist library, is generated by artificial intelligence.
Wellbeing disclaimer
Falia is a tool for reflection, motivation and calm. It does not promise outcomes: listening to affirmations supports how you think and feel, but it does not guarantee changes in money, career, relationships or health.
Falia's content can be generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or simply not apply to you. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or the emergency services where you live.
Who can use Falia
You must be at least 17 years old to use Falia. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. You can delete your account at any time inside the app; deletion is permanent and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store settings: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices may change; we will notify you in advance and the change applies from your next renewal.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Falia to harm, harass or deceive others.
- Do not record or upload content you do not have the right to use, or any unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse the AI systems, or circumvent usage limits.
Your content
You keep ownership of the affirmations you write and the recordings you make. You grant us the limited license needed to process this content to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Playlists generated for you are for your personal use.
Our content
The Falia name, design, artwork, audio and software belong to the Falia team or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them outside normal use of the app.
Warranties and liability
Falia is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Falia team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on app content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Ending or changing the service
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may change or discontinue features; if we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
