These terms are an agreement between you and the Zodia team, the operator of Zodia. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. We have kept them as readable as we could.

What Zodia is

Zodia is an astrology companion app. It computes your birth chart, writes daily guidance, reads Turkish coffee cups from photos, offers tarot spreads, interprets dreams, analyzes compatibility between charts, and answers questions in a chat. The content is generated by artificial intelligence, grounded in your chart and the details you provide.

Entertainment disclaimer

Everything Zodia produces, including coffee readings, tarot, dream interpretations, horoscopes, compatibility scores and chat replies, is offered for reflection and entertainment only.

Zodia's content is generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or simply not apply to you. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any professional. Do not make important decisions based on a reading alone. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or the emergency services where you live.

Who can use Zodia

You must be at least 17 years old to use Zodia. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. You can delete your account at any time inside the app; deletion is permanent and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store settings: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Prices may change; we will notify you in advance and the change applies from your next renewal.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Zodia to harm, harass or deceive others.
  • Do not upload images you do not have the right to share, or any unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse the AI systems, or circumvent usage limits.
  • Do not enter another person's birth details for compatibility readings without considering their privacy; you are responsible for the data you enter.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, messages and other content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process this content to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Readings generated for you are for your personal use.

Our content

The Zodia name, design, artwork and software belong to the Zodia team or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them outside normal use of the app.

Warranties and liability

Zodia is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Zodia team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on app content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending or changing the service

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may change or discontinue features; if we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
