How does Zodia compute my birth chart?
From real astronomy. Zodia calculates the positions of the planets for your exact birth date, time and place, then derives your houses and aspects from them. Your readings are written from that chart, not from generic sun-sign content.
I do not know my exact birth time. Can I still use Zodia?
Yes. You can skip the time and Zodia will build your chart without houses and a rising sign, and she will be honest about which parts are less certain. If you find your birth time later, add it in settings and your chart updates instantly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your App Store settings: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Zodia and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I delete my account and data?
Inside the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, birth details, photos, readings, chats and compatibility profiles. If you prefer, email us and we will do it for you.
Which languages does Zodia speak?
English and Turkish, and you can switch anytime in settings. Coffee readings feel most at home in Turkish, but every feature works fully in both languages.
Are Zodia's readings advice?
No. Coffee, tarot, dream, horoscope and compatibility content is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it should never replace a professional.
